We are proud to be selected by the Texas Department of Information Resources (DIR) as a prime vendor to provide Comprehensive Web Development and Management Services under the DIR's Information and Communications Technology (ICT) Cooperative (Co-op) Contracts program (formerly known as Go DIRect).

SERVICES OFFERED UNDER THIS CONTRACT

Under this contract, Majec Systems, Inc. offers expertise in creating websites which are controlled by a backend database. The database component can be anything from an enterprise database system, an XML request such as that used by remote web services, or a simple text file. Working with a client's design team, we make sure the design of the web page conveys the client's message and provides flexibility for future changes in the data.

• Data requirement analysis
• Database schema and design
• Data presentation analysis and design
• Selection and placement of data presentation elements
• Testing and evaluation of design and data presentation elements in the overall website design
• Administrative interface to allow client to maintain the database
• Provide limited access websites using security techniques such as username/password verification

TEXAS DIR NEGOTIATED DISCOUNT

DIR has negotiated a customer discount of 30.75% for all Texas state and local government agencies, public higher education institutions, and public school districts.
